What happens if my operation grows beyond my plan's allowance?
If your operation regularly exceeds its included monthly volume, contact us to discuss the next plan. For requirements above 400 pets per month, we'll prepare an Enterprise proposal with an agreed allowance and additional-pet rate. Any change to your plan or charges will be agreed with you beforehand.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Your proposal specifies a monthly base fee, an included monthly pet allowance and a price for each additional pet. Pricing also reflects your users, locations, workflows, integrations and support requirements.
Are integrations and custom development included?
Integrations, data migration and custom development are separately scoped and quoted. Your proposal will identify the implementation work, ongoing services and any applicable third-party charges.
Are messaging and payment-provider charges included?
SMS usage, payment-processing fees and applicable third-party services are separate from the subscription unless expressly included in your proposal.
Is there a setup fee?
Starter, Growth and Professional include a $1,000 one-time standard setup. Standard setup covers the agreed onboarding and configuration of existing features. Bespoke migration, integrations and custom development are quoted separately. Enterprise implementation is quoted separately.
Can I change plans as my operation changes?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Professional can be changed as your monthly volume changes, taking effect from your next billing cycle. Enterprise terms are agreed individually in your proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. All published prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Annual payment arrangements can be discussed with our team.
Do you support SMS/Email automation?
Holons CRM guides staff with stage-by-stage prompts for SMS and emails. Connecting supported third-party messaging providers can be arranged; provider setup and message usage charges are confirmed in your proposal and are separate from your subscription.
Can the CRM be configured for my crematorium?
Yes. Each deployment is configured to match your workflows using the standard configuration options included in your plan. More advanced workflow, integration or development requirements are scoped and quoted as part of an Enterprise proposal.
